19 августа - Яблочный Спас. Это оди́н из пра́здников в наро́дном календаре́ славя́н. Он символизи́рует нача́ло я́блочного сезо́на. В э́тот день едя́т я́блоки, де́лают блю́да из я́блок, пеку́т я́блочные пироги́. Ве́рующие хо́дят в це́рковь, а лю́ди нерелигио́зные про́сто отмеча́ют э́тот день как день я́блок. 🍎Сло́во “Спас” в назва́нии пра́здника означа́ет, “Спаси́тель” (Иису́с Христо́с).🍏Говоря́т, что е́сли в э́тот день суха́я пого́да (нет дождя́) ☀️🌤, то о́сень бу́дет тёплая. Если день дождли́вый 🌧, то бу́дет ра́нняя и холо́дная о́сень.

August 19 is Apple Feast of the Savior. This is one of the holidays in the people's (Christian) calendar of the Slavs. It symbolizes the beginning of the apple season. On this day, people eat apples, make dishes from apples, and bake apple pies. Believers go to church, and non-religious people simply mark this day as the day of apples. 🍎 The word “Спас” in the name of the feast day means “Savior” (Jesus Christ). 🍏 It is said that if the weather is dry (no rain) on this day, the autumn will be warm.
